Your Experience
New Patient Visit (60 min)
Your initial visit will be focused on getting to know YOU! This typically includes a comprehensive intake where we will establish your current health concerns and goals. We will also go over your health history and previously completed labs/imaging, and perform necessary diagnostic physical exams. You will receive an individualized treatment for you and/or advanced lab testing to get a better picture of your current health status.
Return Visit (30 min)
Follow-up visits are generally 4-6 weeks after your first visit. At this time, Dr. Tak will go over the results of your lab work, as well as, check in with you to see how your current treatment plan is going. Based on the lab results and how you are progressing, your individualized protocol may be fine-tuned.
Acute Visit (15-30 min)
Acute office visits are for concerns that need immediate attention but are non-emergency situations (i.e. bladder infections, ear infections, flu-like symptoms, strep throat). This visit includes an intake and any necessary physical exam or in office testing.
